  7. Sweet! I bought a deal, now how do I use it?
    • We'll email you a receipt containing a link to your Coupon.
    • Either print it or record your unique Coupon code and show it to the Merchant.
    • Follow the redemption instructions and enjoy your purchase!
  8. How does buying a gift work?
    • When you buy a gift and choose to email it, an email will be sent to the recipient after the deal ends.
    • If you choose to print your gift, you will see the option to print it in "My Gifts" after the deal ends.
    • You can also buy one for yourself as a separate purchase - you deserve to see a smile on your recipient’s face when it all happens!
  9. When can I use my Coupon?
    • In most cases, you can use the Coupon anytime. However, just in case, check the redemption terms on your Coupon for any time or day restrictions.
    • You don’t have to use it on the day you purchased the deal, just make sure it is used before the expiration date!

    • You can modify or cancel your purchase before the deal ends by emailing support@Islanddealsonline.com. However, once the deal ends you will be charged.

    • Our customers’ happiness is our highest priority. Refunds may be made on a case by case basis by emailing us at support@Islanddealsonline.com.
    • If you have a problem with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible – after seven (7) days we cannot refund a purchase.
  17. Are there any hidden charges or commitments?
    • Not at all. We will clearly show you all the costs upfront before you buy, and there are no further commitments.

    • No, if you don’t have a PayPal account you will be given the option to use your credit card.
    • A PayPal account is not necessary.
